  • Wendy Zoog

    FOUNDER, OWNER, TEACHER

Wendy is a yogini, fitness enthusiast, lululemon legacy ambassador and the founder of KALOS Experience. She has joyfully practiced yoga for over two decades and views body movement as an art. Her teaching style is fun flowing, strong, authentic, nurturing, and balanced. A Registered Nurse, certified E-RYT Yoga teacher, Breathing coach, music junky, and self-proclaimed anatomy nerd, Wendy understands the importance of body limitations and proper alignment. Having undergone bilateral hip replacements at the age of forty, she taught herself how to balance her own body and use physical alignment to increase her power and strength as an athlete and a teacher. An expert in the body, as well as an avid spiritual seeker, Wendy synthesizes the principles of yoga and meditation with cardiovascular and strength training activities helping her students feel empowered, well-balanced and educated on and off the mat.

  • Cindy Barnes

    TEACHER

Cindy has taught group fitness for over 25 years and is an expert in a variety of modalities including HIIT, cardio conditioning, boot camps, strength classes, barbell, and yoga sculpt. Her classes are carefully curated and intentionally sequenced blending the perfect amount of strength, movement, and mindfulness. Her mantra is “there is no perfect yoga pose” as she recognizes that we are all built differently and must honor our own unique bodies.

  • Megan Mansfield

    TEACHER

Following in her mom’s leg-warmered footsteps, Megan began teaching group exercise classes in college- HIIT, strength, yoga, cycle (yep, even kickboxing & step). The realization that movement is medicine for the mind, body & spirit led to a degree in exercise science and a full-time career in corporate wellness. For over 20 years, she’s promoted health & well-being in the workplace, guiding many people toward fuller, happier lives.

  • Maddie Hawley

    TEACHER

Maddie recently moved to KC after 15 years in California and feels right at home, especially at KALOS! She received her 200HR RYT after college and soon after fell in love with yoga sculpt. Since then, she’s also focused on integrative nutrition and coaching - she loves to share recipes and wellness tips! Upbeat and challenging classes that help create balance & presence on and off the mat are Maddie’s jam. Her playlists keep the energy high, while we focus on safe and effective movements that help our bodies thrive!

  • Amy Holsopple

    TEACHER

At the age of three, Amy begged her mom to take dance lessons, and ever since then, the studio has been her happy place. During college, the dance studio transitioned to the fitness studio when she became a certified group exercise instructor at the University of Missouri. For the past 20 years, she’s taught a variety of formats including strength training, cycle, bootcamp, dance and more in Kansas City and San Francisco. During the pandemic, she took a two-year break from teaching to help her body (and mind) heal from chronic aches and pains from overuse. She’s excited to be back home in Kansas City and to have found a studio and community focused on building up bodies and building up each other. Amy is passionate about mental health and body image and has written about her journey on the blog Beloved Body. goes here
