Strength Circuit (SC) is a conscious circuit-training program that provides accountability, education and community. Experience the ultimate in strength-training and cardio circuits where you’ll build lean muscle, boost metabolism and enhance your overall wellness in an efficient, effective and fun 50-minute class. 

We’ve designed SC to:

  • BE INTENTIONAL- We don’t just do exercises that feel hard for the sake of it; we mindfully stack exercises that will increase your strength and build lean muscle mass. 

  • BE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE- In strength training circuits, we stabilize and isolate specific muscles for optimal gains. 

  • BE PLAYFUL- We believe cardio should be PLAYFUL, not punishing. We incorporate moves that challenge your agility and increase your heart rate.

  • PROVIDE ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONSISTENCY- To experience the full benefits of strength training, maintaining a regular routine is key. With SC, we help you remove the mental load of figuring out when to schedule a workout. And with a maximum of 20 members, you’ll get to know your teachers and other members, forming a community that makes it easier to be consistent.
