SC is designed with:
Conscious conditioning that targets strength circuits + purposeful cardio intervals
New equipment, circuit styles, and rep challenges for fresh, engaging workouts
Increased focus on foundational lifts like squats and deadlifts
More core-loading work and intentional movement progressions over time
VO₂ max training and plyometrics to support power, bone density, and endurance
